DUCATI Panigale Review

DUCATI has launched a Panigale, this motorcycle is very aggressive and extreme standard of super sport bike. The style of the motorcycle is pretty good and enhanced design and shape. The ergonomic of the motorcycle is perfect integration made for both rider and motorcycle. The motorcycle produces the brilliant performance with regular operation by using the cylinder. It offers excellent comfortable riding position for the rider with a pretty good in handlebar. This bike guarantees the stability and handling, the silencers has three chamber is of tradional design are implemented.

The advanced features are LED headlights, Fully TFT instrument panel, (DQS) Ducati’s Quick Shift, Riding Modes, and (DTC) Ducati Traction Control system. The feature offers an instrumentation of Digital unit with TFT color displays the rev counter, gear selected, speed, odometer, coolant temp , lap times, selected Riding Mode, DTC level, , DQS status, EBC level, ABS level, , GPS status, DDA status ,SERVICE, clock, diagnostic, full status and/or management of Riding Modes, parking mode. Display lay-out of ROAD/TRACK, display backlight colors on day/night. Warning lights are oil pressure, EOBD, neutral, fuel reserve, turn signals, ABS, high-beam, DTC intervention, over rev, and immobilizer. Light controls are automatic shutdown while engine start and automatic shutdown after 60s from key-on without engine ignition. All functions are integrated and managed by left and right handlebar switches.

It comes with a four valves, Superquadro-L twin cylinder, desmodromic, and liquid cooled engine with a displacement of 1198cc, the maximum power of 143 kW 195 hp @ 10,750 rpm and torque of 132 Nm 98.1 lb-ft @ 9,000 rpm. The common compression ratio is of 12.5:1, the fuel injection is of Electronic fuel injection system of win injectors per cylinder and a full ride-by-wire elliptical throttle bodies. The exhaust system is two-one-two system with catalytic converter and two lambda probes and twin stainless steel mufflers with alumimum outer sleeves. The six speed transmission of Ducati Quick Shift gear box which control the flow of the engine. The primary drive is straight cut gears and with a ratio of 1.77:1, the final drive is Chain 525, front sprocket 15 and rear sprocket 39. The clutch is of wet, multiplated clutch with a hydraulic control, the self servo action on the drive with a slipper action on over ride.

The frame of the engine is made up of Tubular steel Trellis frame is very strong. The front suspension is ohlins NIX30 43mm with TiN of fully adjustable usd fork with electronic compression and rebound damping adjustment, and the rear suspension is Fully adjustable Ohlins TTX36 unit with a electronic compression and rebound damping adjustment and Aluminum single-sided swingarm.. The front wheel has a Marchesini three-spoke forged light alloy 3.50″ x 17 and wheel travel is 120mm (4.72in), and the rear wheel is Marchesini three spoke forged light alloy 6.00″ x 17 and wheel travel is 130mm (5.12in). The front tyre is made up of 120/70 ZR17 Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP, and the rear tyre is 200/55 ZR17 Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP. The braking system is of anti lock braking system, the front brake is semi-floating discs is radially mounted Brembo Monobloc M50 four-piston calipers ABS as standard equipment and diameter of 330mm, the rear brake is two-piston floating caliper ABS as standard equipment with a diameter of 245mm. the capacity of fuel tank is 17 liters.
