Mahindra has launched a New Duro Dz, it comes with a strong ABS body with new designed scooter. The scooter is very ultra light and for easy handling, the unique trendy stylish graphics are implemented in this scooter. The high lightened trendy display console displays the information on the front. The stylish mud guard gives you a fresh looks. The handlings of the scooter are aggressive to ride. The electronic instrumentation LCD displays the analogue speedometer, electric start and low fuel indicator. The fuel gauge, pillion seat, pillion footrest, pillion grab rail, stand alarm turn signal and pass light are available in the motorcycle. The available colors are royal purple, supreme silver, derby red, pearl white, fiery black, cappuccino brown and mystique grey.
It comes with a four stroke, single cylinder, and air cooled engine with a displacement of 124cc, the maximum power of 8 bhp @ 7000 rpm and torque of 9 Nm @ 5500 rpm. The fuel delivery system is carburetor type, the electronic ignition is of Spark Ignition System. The automatic speed CVT transmission gear box controls the flow of the engine. The clutch is of wet, light action and multi-plated clutch. The chassis type is High Rigidity Underbone.
The front suspension is Telescopic suspension; the rear suspension is Hydraulic suspension. The front tyre size is of 3.5 X 10 and the rear tyre is 3.5 X 10. The braking system is of, the front brake is of drum braking and with a diameter of 130 mm, the rear brake is also has drum brake and with a diameter of 130 mm. The battery has a free maintenance of 7 Ah Lead acid, MF – Wet Battery. The electrical system offers a bulb with a Halogen Bulb Type 12 V, 5 Ah -35 W / 35W; the headlight gives you a good vision on the road. The capacity of fuel tank is 6 liters.
